Rest in peace our beautiful baby

Rest in peace our beautiful baby. You fought the hardest fight anyone could imagine and all the way to the end. You are and will always be our Superman. Gavin passed very peacefully tonight with Conor, Lucy myself and Jayne holding hands on our couch at home. Fly high buddy we all love you so much xxxx

  8. I know where you are, its so hard, so difficult. Try to remember each other in your own grief. When you are suffering so much yourself its so hard to remember that those around you are suffering aswell.Always remember that you are a truely great family and that Gavin was, and is and always will be an inspiration to so many .
