Hi. My name is Marjan Torrie and a friend of mine who does not know you personally, but lives in the same town you are from posted this video on her Facebook page. The end of the video mentioned you were coming to Texas. I actually live in Houston and wanted to offer my help to you while you are here if you need it. Please comment here and I can send you any information you need/want. I can also work through her avenues since she said lives in the same town. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHey your video is very powerful and your boy looks like a real super hero little fella. I recommend popping a link to this donation page in the blurb underneath your video. Make it easier to click through. Then delete my own comment here. No need to clog up this section with boring tech stuff. Best of luck. I'm sure you'll get there, keep it up.
ReplyDeleteDear John,
ReplyDeletei wish you, your wife and children tons of blessings and strength. May the Lord bless you and keep you! May God heal little Gavin, be it through medial treatment or through a miracle. I just donated some money, not much but i pray it will be a seed towards your fundraising objective. I would second the idea of the previous post writer to make it really simple to find the donation button on the page. Also a tracker, that shows how much you already have and what is missing might be sensible. I will continue to pray for your boy. I am a father of two kids myself and am very touched by your situation and your strong fight for your son. Best, Siegbert
just donated and want to wish you the very best of luck with your fund raising and journey. Teespring.com might be another way to fundraise some extra cash. Pray that your little boy gets his treatment and wins this battle.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your fund raising and I wish you the very best!
ReplyDeleteI really really wish you all the best with your fund raising. My son is the same age as Gavin and I cannot imagine what you and your family are going through. If there is anything that I can do, please let me know. I am available to help in any admin way - its what I do. So would be happy to help. Biggest hugs to your little boy.... All my love and well wishes Helen Leonard - Dublin.
ReplyDeletePS. its taken me 2 days to get the courage to watch the video.... cowardly I know..I suppose I was afraid to see or know what was happening to a child so young. . I'm glad I did now though, as your son is just so happy. He is very very very like my little lad, right down to the superman tshirt and blond hair.

Farrellys of Delgany ( https://www.facebook.com/FarrellysOfDelgany?fref=ts ) just posted this on FB, could someone from the Glynn family reply? - Was just wondering if we put up a "Tips" jar & gave any proceeds to the Team Gavin Glynn appeal would that be ok? Something the team would want or not? If someone could let us know that would be great.

Hi, I heard Gavin on the radio yesterday. You must be very proud of such a brave and happy son. He is a credit to you and you are a credit to yourselves. I wish the whole family the best and can't wait until you are posting pictures of Gavin when he returns from the US. P.S. Jumbo is now my favourite size.
ReplyDeleteHi there, I just saw your story on fb. My husband has a grade 3 anaplastic oligodendreglioma. There is no cure. a friend of mine asked me to look into canabis oil to cure cancer, please, please look into this, its worth a shot, no long term side affects like with chemo or radiation. i have actually spoken to people that were given 2 to 4 months to live years ago and did no other treatment than canabis oil, they are cancer free and it helps a wide range of cancers. There are two stories you can you tube. One is called "run from the cure by Rick simpson" full version, and the Corrie Yelland story. But there are so many more, I have been researching for almost two years and never once saw anything about this, now that im looking into it, it is everywhere! Please have a look.. It cant hurt but might cure him. I know that sounds crazy, this is something i i tially thought was nuts, but not anymore. If you need any help, I will help you. Just google it please.. I want your son to live, and just to let you know they have given this to children in infancy..
ReplyDeleteTake care, hugs and prayers your way
Tania
Ps.. I posted anonymous, but if you need anything i will check comments on your blog.
